How We Helped SportsTech Rebrand Their Entire Team Line

When SportsTech Athletics came to us needing a complete rebrand across 12 teams and over 2,000 pieces, we delivered on time and under budget. Here’s how we made it happen.

SportsTech Athletics is a regional youth sports organization with 12 travel teams across soccer, basketball, and baseball. When they decided to unify their brand under one cohesive identity, they needed a partner who could handle the complexity and volume without sacrificing quality.

The Challenge

Each team previously sourced their own uniforms from different vendors with inconsistent branding. SportsTech wanted every team to share a unified look — same logo treatment, same color palette, same professional feel — while still allowing individual team names and numbers.

The order included jerseys, warm-up jackets, caps, and duffle bags for players, coaches, and staff. Total piece count: over 2,000 items with a 6-week deadline.

Our Approach

We started with a full brand consultation, working with SportsTech’s leadership to finalize their new logo and color system. Our design team created mockups for every garment type, showing exactly how the brand would translate across different decoration methods.

For the jerseys, we used sublimation printing to achieve vibrant, full-coverage designs that won’t crack or fade. Caps and jackets received embroidered logos for a premium, durable finish. Duffle bags were screen printed with the organization’s logo and individual team identifiers.

The Result

Every item was delivered 4 days ahead of schedule. SportsTech reported overwhelmingly positive feedback from parents, players, and coaches. The unified brand gave the entire organization a new level of professionalism that helped them attract sponsors and new athletes.
